Currently Theresa Hak Kyung Cha’s body of work and archival materials reside at University of California, Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive, where you can experience Cha’s visual works and delve into her archive. This collection of Cha’s work receives three times as many research requests as all BAM/PFA’s other collection materials combined.
A selection of her works and documentation in artists’ books, concrete poetry, mail art, performance, film, video and artist statements are also available on Caliphere University of California.
University of California Press also publishes DICTEE, The Dream of the Audience: Theresa Hak Kyung Cha (1951-1982) exhibition book and Exilée and Temps Morts: Selected Works. Though both publications are out of print, you may be able to purchase through second hand book stores.
Cha’s film and video works, Secret Spill, Mouth to Mouth, Permutations, Vidéoème and Re Dis Appearing, are also available through Electronic Arts Intermix.
