Imprint Features (“Imprint”) knows that you care about your privacy and how information about you is used and shared. This notice describes Imprint’s privacy policy (the “Policy”) for our web site (the “Site”). Please read the Policy carefully. You agree that by using the Site, which includes browsing, you are expressly and affirmatively consenting to the terms and uses of your information as set forth below.

Registration is not required to browse the Site. If you want to leave any comments, however, you will be required to provide your name and email address.

You can select any name you want, except that your name cannot be an impersonation, the same or confusingly similar to a famous trademark, or be a term that is offensive in any way. You may, but are not obligated to, use your own name. If you do use your own name, you consent to it being passed to others by use of the functions of the Site. Imprint reserves the right to reject or remove any name that does not meet our standards and those required by law.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) and Imprint does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

Cookies and Other Tracking Data
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer for record keeping and authentication purposes. Imprint uses cookies to give you faster access to the pages you have already visited and to enhance your experience at the Site. Imprint also uses cookies to help us collect data about how many people visit the Site, which of our web pages they visit and how long they stay there. Imprint uses “session ID cookies” to make it easier for you to navigate the Site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. Your web browser allows you to control and limit cookies on your computer. If you reject cookies, you may still use the Site, but your ability to use some areas or functions of the Site may be limited.

Many of our web pages also contain special electronic images (called “single-pixel” of “gifs”) that allow us to gather only non-personally identifiable traffic statistics and other aggregate information, demographic and otherwise, about visitors to our sites. Imprint (through itself or third parties) uses technology to collect and accumulate anonymous data that help us understand and analyze the experience of people visiting our Site. Please keep in mind that none of this information is personally identifiable.

Each time you visit the Site, we automatically collect your IP address and the web page from which you came in order to administer and optimize the Site for you and diagnose problems with our Site. We also use your IP address to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information about you.

The Site may include third party content from our business partners and advertisers in the form of banner ads, promotional content and links and marketing messages. These third parties may place cookies on your computer and collect non-personally identifiable information about your visit to our Site, such as the number of times you have viewed or clicked on an ad. Imprint has no access to or control over these cookies. You agree that Imprint is not responsible for the placement and collection of these cookies and the actions of third parties. Imprint does not sponsor, endorse or guarantee any products or services by third parties on the Site.

Communications with Others
The Site may allow you to contribute to blogs or communicate by means of online functions.

Nothing requires you to disclose your identity to others. If you choose to disclose your identity to third parties using any Site function or service, you do so at your own risk. Imprint is not responsible for the privacy or security of any information, personal or otherwise, that you may choose to communicate or exchange using the functionality of the Site.

Each item of information or any materials you contribute for such purposes are your “Public Content.” Public Content must be content and information that you have a right to disclose and transfer and must not violate any other person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

Anonymous Data
Imprint may track the Site to analyze trends, administer the Site, track your actions and use of the Site, record transactions, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. Such analysis is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Imprint may share aggregated demographic and usage information with its business partners and advertisers. This aggregated information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

This Site may contain links to other sites. Imprint is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Imprint encourages users to be aware when they leave the Site and to read the privacy statements of sites that collect personally identifiable information. This Policy applies only to information collected on this Site by Imprint.

Business or Asset Transfer or Sale
Imprint may be sold, might sell or buy businesses or assets of businesses, or Imprint might merge with another business. In such transactions, user information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that Imprint or substantially all the assets of Imprint are transferred, user information may well be one of the transferred assets. Imprint will make reasonable effort to provide notice on the Site and to notify you via email to the most recent email address that you have provided to BBS of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

Release of Information for Legal Reasons
Imprint may release information concerning your use of the Site (including, but not limited to, posted Public Content, registration information, and network records) when we believe in good faith that such release is appropriate to comply with the law (for example, pursuant to a statutory demand, subpoena, warrant or court order), to protect against fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use of the Site, to protect our rights or property, enforce any contract between you and Imprint, or if we reasonably believe that a situation involving danger of death or injury to any person requires disclosure.

Non-US Users
If you are not a resident of the United States, you understand and agree that Imprint stores and processes your information on computers located in the United States, and by providing any data to Imprint, you consent to the transfer of such information to the United States.

Limited Use
Imprint does not intend to sell, share, or rent information obtained on this Site other than as discussed in this Policy.

Changes in This Privacy Policy
If Imprint decides to change its privacy policy, we will post those changes on the Site so you can remain aware of what information Imprint collects, how we uses it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
